Amin founded NJ Group Services in 2001, after 3 years of work experience at Guardian Life. He is experienced in all aspects of Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance, Compliance and Tax Laws. He is involved in strategic decision making for clients, including plan analysis, claims analysis and risk management.

Tejal Sehmi

Tejal has over 10 years of insurance experience with the knowledge and expertise to successfully execute and manage cost effective solutions for Employee Benefits and Business Insurances. She holds an MBA in Marketing and is AINS, MLIS certified. She actively engages clients to develop cohesive risk management policies to achieve optimal value on their professional liability, general liability & workers compensation. Before joining NJ Group Services, she served as National Accounts Lead at Copy Cat Ltd, Kenya.. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and volunteering at local events. She is an avid reader and enjoys music and painting.

Neeta Upadhyay

Neeta has a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR & Finance and brings with her 4+ years of experience serving high-profile financial clients. She started her insurance career with NJ Group services in 2012 and gained expertise in all areas of Health insurance. She carries with confidence, commitment and a drive to lead, her day to day activities, analyzing data and proactively providing clients with clearly laid out plan choices. She is a team player and brings cordial vibes at work with all her colleagues. As a proud mom, Neeta spends her spare time, enjoying with family, sketching, and adventure sport.

Pari Patel

She started working with NJ Group Services in 2015 as a new business specialist. She has an associate degree in Nursing. She helps new clients get affordable health coverage for their group and helps them with their health benefits implementations. She is very passionate about her job and is very friendly and kind towards her peers. She is always eager to learn new things and is an open-minded person with a good sense of humor. Her hobbies are to travel with her family and try different cuisines.

Hiral Patel

Hiral is experienced in enrollments, changes, terminations and claim services since 2013. She actively navigates clients through complex IRS form for ACA compliance. She graduated with bachelor’s degree in Teaching. She has a positive mind to learn every day, build confidence and having an achievement of helping our clients. In her free time, she likes to enjoy with her family.

Kamala is pursuing Business Analytics and uses analytical and statistical tools to analyze information to process and report data in time sensitive manner. She works through comprehensive understanding of several client databases to align dashboards using advanced analytics to generate routine reports. She loves reading and spending time by herself.

Priya, a Delhi University alumni, holds a master's in commerce and a Company Secretary certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. With 3+ years in the Corporate Industry, she joined NJ Group Services in 2023. Enthusiastically handling Home and Auto Insurance, she also excels in Workers Compensation Audits and promptly attends to clients' needs with professionalism. As an excellent team player, Priya embodies a strong work ethic and embraces the value of teamwork.
